The copper corrosion rate has been investigated in the air atmosphere containing sulfur dioxide with the equilibrium concentration equal to 0.4...5.5 vol.% at the relative air humidity equal to 71...100%. Protective efficiency of the compositions on base of filtered waste motor oil and colza oil, diesel fuel containing 20...40 wt.% of gun higher quality lubricant has been studied as a function of SO 2content in the air medium (0.4...5.5 vol.%) and its relative humidity (71...100%).
