SO2 influence on electrochemical behavior of copper under the oil composition films in NaCl aqueous solution

The total cathodic reaction rate on copper and rate of its anodic dissolution in 0,5М NaCl solution have been studied as a function of the solvent-support nature of the protective oil film (colza and waste filtered oils, diesel fuel), concentration of higher quality gun grease as an inhibitor of the electrode processes, the equilibrium SO2 concentration in the gas phase (1,1-105... 6,7-10'3 об.%) and the electrode potential. The influence of ohmic ^mponent of the potential has been estimated at the electrode potential measuring in the conditions of external polarization.
