The work contains the results of a study of series of organic compounds as corrosion inhibitors of steel St3 in sea-water and as fungicides against Aspergillus niger. 0rganic compounds were injected into the composition of primer-rustmodifier during the preparation stage. During the electrochemical, microbiological, potentiometric and gravimetric studies, an improvement of protective action of modified primer on steel corroding in sea-water and under the effect by Aspergillus niger was found.
