A comparative determination of the corrosion resistance of 12H15G9ND and 12H18N10T steel grades in the waste water sewer network has been conducted. Corrosion-electrochemical methods demonstrated the possibility of using cheaper manganese steel for the manufacture of equipment of communal sewerage systems (valves, etc.).
