There have been studied protection efficiency of the imidazolines obtained by condensation
of synthetic naphthenic acids and polyamines and also their halogenized complexes as the inhibition of H2S and CO2 corrosion. It is possible to achieve protection efficiency of 97.4% at 50 mg/l concentration of imidazoline in hydrogen-sulfide hydrocarbon medium. In CO2 medium, containing 1% NaCl, the protection efficiency of the chlorinated imidazoline complex at 5mg/l minimal concentration is 92%.
