The article deals with the protective effect of a potential corrosion inhibitor of the AMDOR series under conditions of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide corrosion. The dependence of the protective effect on the concentration of the inhibitor, the salt composition of model waters, the concentration of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide, both separately and together , were studied. The influence of the inhibitor on the diffusion rate of hydrogen through the steel membrane is considered.
