The distribution of the elemental composition and the structure of the oxide layer during the anodization of the AD31 alloy in the ozonized sulfuric acid electrolyte at the anode vibration are studied by X-ray diffraction and x-ray spectroscopic methods and by means of microanalysis. The dynamics of formation of the oxide layer under alternating hydrodynamic loads in the interelectrode space is considered. The presence of a stimulating effect of anode vibration during anodization in a sulfuric acid electrolyte is shown.
