The analysis of application imidazolines and their derivatives on corrosion protection, some of which are the latest developments of Chinese scientists, is presented. Efficiency of corrosion protection of steels in acid environments as function of temperature and inhibitor concentration is described. Basic mechanisms of imidazoline molecules adsorption on the metal surface are considered.
