The influence of the multi-functional combined inhibitor on the corrosion rate of the steel in the brine water with oil containing hydrogen sulphide (H2S) was examined. The studies were conducted on samples of steel of grade St3. Corrosion tests were carried out in sealed vessels, with capacity of 0.5 liters, the size of steel samples is 30×15×3 mm. As a multifunctional inhibitor combination was taken gossipol resin + Qazan1. The kerosene and diesel oil
were used as the solvent. It was found that the protective effect of use of a multifunctional combined inhibitor in the brine water with oil containing hydrogen sulphide using kerosene as the solvent is varied from 82.91 to 95.83 and for diesel from 86.25 to 97.91.
