Possibility to obtain composite electrochemical coatings based on Ni–B and containing nanodisperse particles of amorphous boron in Ni was studied. The composite electrochemical Ni–B coatings containing up to 8 mass.% or to 32.1 at.% of dispersed boron and microcrystalline nickel are promising as a highenergy material.
