Реакцией аминирования эпоксидированных полибутадиенов получены их аминопроизводные.В реакции аминирования эпоксидированного жидкого полибутадиена (ЭЖПБД) использовали ZnCl2 в качестве катализатора, алюминийорганические соединения и растворители производства фирм Sigma-Aldrich и Merck и отработанное турбинное масло Т-30. Строение ЖПБД, ЭЖПБД и его аминопроизводного (АЭЖПБД) определяли на ИК-Фурье-спектрометре Альфа производства BRUKER (Германия) в диапазоне частот 400…4000 см-1 и толщине поглощающего слоя 10…15 мкм, а ЯМР-спектры зарегистрированы на спектрометре “Bruker-Fourier” (300 MHz) на частотах 300 МГц.Синтезированные аминопроизводные, помимо высокой адгезии к поверхности металла, обладают также синергетическим эффектом и значительно повышают защитный эффект ингибитора, ускоряют растворимость в минеральных маслах и значительно улучшают антикоррозионное качество консервационных жидкостей. Образцы аминированных эпоксидированных полибутадиенов испытаны в составе консервационных жидкостей и показали высокую антикоррозионную эффективность в гидрокамере “Q-4” (ГОСТ 9.054-75) в течение 310…480 суток, в морской воде в течение 210…360 суток и в 0,001 % серной кислоте в течение 130…260 суток</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Epoxidized polybutadienes were synthesized by epoxidation of liquid polybutadiene (LPBD) molecular weights of 1500 and 3000 with performic acid formed in situ by the reaction of formic acid and hydrogen peroxide. The amination reaction of epoxidized polybutadienes w as used to obtain their amine derivatives. In the amination reaction of epoxidized liquid polybutadiene (ELPBD), ZnCl2 was used as a catalyst, organoaluminum compounds and solvents produced by Sigma-Aldrich and Merck, and waste turbine oil T-30.The structure of LPBD, ELPBD and its amino derivative (AELPBD) was determined on a Bruker Alpha IR Fourier spectrometer (Germany) in the frequency range of 400…4000 sm-1 and NMR spectra were recorded on a Bruker-Fourier spectrometer (300 MHz) at frequencies of 300 M Hz.The synthesized amine derivatives, in addition to high adhesion to the metal surface, also have a synergistic effect and significantly increase the protective effect of the inhibitor, accelerate solubility in mineral oils and significantly improve the anti-corrosion quality of conservation liquids.
