Abstract
The issue of using composites based on bis-phenolic and epoxy vinyl ester resins in the practice of anti-corrosion protection of technological equipment, in particular, chemical production equipment, is considered. Composites can be used both as coatings and as structural materials in the manufacture of individual parts of equipment, containers, etc. Composites based on these resins can increase the service life of equipment several times. These materials have a wide temperature range of application; can be operated in aggressive environments (acids, alkalis, oxidizing environments); have high adhesion to metal and concrete; strength comparable to the strength of metals; resistance to shock and dynamic loads and the impact of a liquid stream containing a solid phase
