“Theory and Practice of Corrosion Protection” is a journal that has been published since 1996 by Corrosion Association of Russian Fuel and Energy Complex (CARTEC) established under the aegis of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation. The authors and subscribers to the journal are the leading Russian corrosion scientists, experts working in the field of research of corrosion processes and corrosion protection, R&D and research-and-production organizations, educational institutions, industrial facilities, and power providers. At present, the journal is the only periodical in the Russian Federation that is wholly dedicated to the issues of corrosion and corrosion protection.
